Most people want to feel proud of where they work. We find that they also want leaders to hold people accountable to high standards in the workplace. The goal in creating standards is to get faculty and staff input on defining the way people engage in the workplace environment so that it becomes a pleasant, satisfying, and productive place to work. The standards create awareness, which affects daily behavior. The standards are created by staff members and shared with leadership for input and direction.
