Try this tip: Say what you see.

Say what you see. During individual sessions or group meetings, provide feedback on both the content and tone of conversations. Note when your conversation partner(s) looks weak, powerful, energized, discouraged. Read the temperature of the room and call it out. Use your description of what you see to ask why and to develop your own understanding.
