Leading for Excellence

Creating a great culture for employees to work doesn’t just feel great – it’s the fuel that drives success in the organizations we lead. As leaders, we rely on our employees to help us achieve results that matter. This means providing opportunities for individuals to plan and grow together around accomplishing meaningful outcomes. At Studer Education, we have the opportunity to engage with our organizational partners across the country to support their leaders in the important and worthwhile work they do in service to others. We’re proud of the results our partners achieve, and we’d love to share helpful resources to support you on your journey to excellence.

Helping you and your team achieve meaningful results

We’re on a mission to help organizations achieve great results for those they serve. We are privileged to work with some of the best executive leaders across the country who have great commitment to organizational excellence. There are several ways we do this together.

Our coaches work with organizational leaders to focus on strategic priorities, create organizational alignment and consistency of leadership practices, and apply tools and tactics to help leaders lead their teams to achieve organizational excellence.

We train leaders in proven practices aligned to our Nine Principles® of Organizational Excellence, which builds their capacity for engaging and effectively leading their teams to achieve meaningful results.

To achieve organizational excellence, we start with where you are now and take the right next steps together. We apply a diagnostic process that includes administering surveys, reporting results, and using continuous feedback to help leaders focus their efforts on the most important key areas. We move input to action.

Networking and

We host several conferences throughout the year, giving you an opportunity to hear about successes from those experiencing positive results. Our partners also share strategies for improving results. The conferences offer a platform for all of us to learn from each other to continue our journey toward excellence.

Publications and Resources

We offer publications and resources that showcase our partners and provide some helpful leadership tips. Our goal is to showcase positive outcomes and promote practices that matter most.

We work side-by-side with you to help establish, accelerate, and hardwire the necessary changes to create a culture of excellence in your organization. We can help you create better alignment and consistency of leadership practices, engaged employees working toward common goals, and the highest level of service to those choosing to engage with your organization.

We’ve found that leaders who position their organizations to achieve excellence engage with us as partners. Why? Because the best teams have the best coaches.  Our coaches own organizational results with our partners and they share personal accountability for the results.  A portion of our coaches’ personnel evaluations align to partner results. Our coaches do well when our partners do the same.

Our coaches maintain proven levels of leadership experiences in various organizations. The first criteria for selecting a coach on our coaching team is the desire and ability to be totally present with our partners.  We expect our coaches to wake up every day with a primary focus – being the best at helping leaders apply the fundamentals associated with achieving professional and organizational excellence.

We select coaches to be part of our team using the following guidelines.

  1. They listen deeply to partner needs.
  2. They apply tools to diagnose where an organization is prior to facilitating conversations about potential solutions.
  3. They ask probing questions to build reflective practices to problem solve.
  4. They teach leaders how to engage in conversations with their teams to gain valuable input.
  5. They support leaders in moving input to improvement actions.
  6. They organize the strategies, actions, and assessments over time into manageable and doable steps to keep the arrows moving in the right direction and re-directing when needed.
  7. They know just how and when to “push and pull” to move people through tension without building organizational paralysis.

We are proud of the individuals who are part of the Studer Education℠ coaching team.
