As we take a full, deep breath and close the 2021-2022 school year, are we overly focused on what we didn’t accomplish? Instead, let’s reflect on where we succeeded and where we learned (rather than where we failed). Then, looking forward to next year, how can we plan to find wins along the way, to sustain ourselves and our teams with the progress we are making? Let’s target short-range outputs that align to our big annual goals and offer celebration opportunities throughout next year.
