Learning Comes from Reflection

As we transitioned organizations from normal work to align to conditions from COVID 19, we had little, if any, time to plan. We quickly shifted to alternative ways for students to learn and employees to support this learning environment. Prior to making decisions about how we re-enter the workforce and school, we can learn from our past actions.

We learn from continuous assessment of organizational performance, looking at successes, failures and opportunities. In this webinar, we will discuss how to make assumptions on what the future is going to be and how we need to change our current ways to enter the new academic year.
