KATHLEEN OROPALLO

Leader Coach

Kathy’s unique work experience crosses public, private and non-profit educational sectors. She brings an unique and diverse perspective as she collaborates and partners with transformational leaders in high-performing organizations and systems. Kathy has also successfully helped schools and organizations align and narrow priorities in order to achieve results that last. She has developed and published materials and professional learning for thousands of educators around the country. Kathy’s work includes pioneering a national youth educational outreach program for highly-recognized organizations like the National Football League that reached more than 1 million youth across it’s twelve-year run, as well as University and school, teacher leadership partnership programs for the National Writing Project that developed more than 200 teacher leaders in literacy.

Built on a strong knowledge foundation of learning and brain-based sciences, as well as improvement science, Kathy has delivered more than 7000 hours in professional development and learning with leaders and educators around the country.
