
About Nannette
With more than three decades of education experience, Nannette is a trusted adviser to school and district leaders seeking to improve performance and student outcomes. She applies her extensive industry expertise to help education leaders craft programs that foster more successful students and more engaged staff.
Outside of coaching, Nannette works closely with the Kentucky Association of School Administrators, serving as director of the organization’s Kentucky Women in Education Leadership program and director of faculty and curriculum for the New Superintendent Onboarding program. She has been trained in the The Leadership Challenge program® and provides individual leader coaching to new superintendents using the Leadership Practices Inventory®.
Nannette began her career as a teacher’s assistant and teacher in Hardin County Schools, and went on to become the district’s director of early childhood programs. She served as district superintendent for 10 years. In 2014, she was named Superintendent of the Year by the Kentucky Association of School Administrators.
