BASIL KULOBA
Digital Product and Systems Analyst
Prior to joining the team full-time, Basil was an intern for Studer Education, a Huron solution. In this position, Basil plays a role in the development of the 9P subscription service as well as a suite of assessment tools for coaches to use while on site. Additionally, Basil is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of a local non-profit that focuses on mentoring children and teaching STEM through hands-on activities.
Prior to Huron, Basil was the inaugural Student Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of West Florida, where he used his own startup founder experience to consult other student founders through their startup journey and guided them through the process of building a strong business. Many of the students he consulted have continued on to build successful companies. He also interned at the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition as a R&D engineer in their robotics lab.
Basil is recipient of the 2018 President’s Award for Leadership in Diversity and a Cannon Citation by the University of West Florida for his contributions to education.
