CELEBRATE THE WINS
All of us want to celebrate successes and wins for our team or organization. How do we know when we should celebrate?
We must be intentional about goal setting and asking what success looks like for our organization and how we measure that success. On top of that, we have to determine short term measures that predict success for our goals, taking time and being intentional to celebrate short-term wins that support the team in meeting the longer-term goals set.
Join Dr. Julie Kunselman and Dr. Robin Largue on Tuesday, March 10, at 3:30 p.m. CT for a coach chat on celebrating the wins. During this free virtual chat, you’ll have the opportunity to ask Dr. Kunselman and Dr. Largue questions and interact with other leaders to see how they’re being intentional about goal setting and celebrating success within their organization.
YOU ARE HERE (REFLECTIVE PRACTICES)
Pressing pause to reflect can help leaders learn and recognize the important nuances of leadership, improvement and organizational excellence. Reflective practices can help leaders avoid and face the side effects of growth and change, and at the same time, celebrate wins and overcome barriers that get in the way of achieving results.
Join Dr. Kathy Oropallo and Dr. KK Owen on Tuesday, June 16, at 3:30 p.m. CT to press pause for a moment and reflect on your leadership practices! During this free virtual chat, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with other leaders to see how they’re using reflective practices in their organization.
Actor Bruce Lee said, “The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus.” In this coach chat we will discuss how you focus yourself and your organization to succeed. In addition, we will talk about how you bring that laser-like focus to how you measure success and track your progress to it.
Are you ready to be a warrior on the path to success? Join Dr. JoAnn Sternke and Dr. Pat Greco on Tuesday, September 22, at 3:30 p.m. CT for an invigorating discussion on defining success.
During this free virtual chat, you’ll have the opportunity to ask Dr. Sternke and Dr. Greco questions and interact with other leaders to see how they’re defining and measuring success with laser-like focus.
RUNNING THE STEPS (ARE MY EMPLOYEES DISENGAGED?)
Visualize the scene from the movie “Rocky” where Rocky Balboa took a victory run to the top of the steps in celebration. What does “running the steps” look like to become a champion in your organization?
In this coach chat, we will start with what “running the steps” should look like and then discuss the warning signs of poor morale at work. What are the factors that cause decreasing morale and do you experience the factors in your organization?
Join Dr. Gayle Juneau-Butler and Nannette Johnston on Tuesday, November 10, at 3:30 p.m. CT to learn four action steps to help boost team morale and “run the steps” like a champion:
- Define the cause of disengagement
- Connect work to meaningful outcomes
- Make sure the right people are in the right seats
- Let work be fun where appropriate
During this free virtual chat, you’ll have the opportunity to ask Dr. Juneau Butler and Nannette questions and interact with other leaders to see how they’re channeling their inner Rocky to run the steps and become champions within their organization.
