This workshop is designed for grade level or subject area teams and principals to learn about implementing continuous improvement tools and strategies with students to improve student engagement and achievement.  Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the foundational steps  involved in implementing the continuous learning process.  Participants will receive specific examples and templates to use within their learning environment.

The district recommends that teams of teachers and site administrators attend the introduction session before attending other Friday sessions.  If the goal is to implement improvement strategies with students in the classroom, this is a great first step.
