Why Join Us?

Having the skill set to build and sustain a system of quality is typically where organizations struggle.

This two-day symposium will afford a deeper conversation as participants examine how to build a culture committed to learning and focused on quality outcomes for the community.

Participants will have opportunities to visit classrooms and to speak to staff about tactics and strategies used to build continuous improvement processes throughout the school district. From kindergarten students to the Board, process improvement is having an impact on system effectiveness and efficiency.

Participants will have options during the two days to learn about the journey on which the School District of Menomonee Falls has been and the partners that have been critical for the creation of a high-performing system with a supportive work culture.

You will hear from both higher education and school district leaders who have a great passion for engaging students, teams, and community members in a mission to impact education.
