Robin Largue - Studer Education Leader Coach

ROBIN LARGUE

Director of Operations & Leader Coach

Robin works with district partners across the country to focus on developing and supporting a great place to learn, work and achieve. She also serves as the Operations Director for our team. She models what we teach and sets expectations for consistent, quality performance to allow us to provide our partners with the service they deserve.

In her career, Robin experienced first-hand the need for leaders who acted as role-models. She knew she wanted to be a relentless leader who always found a way to provide students and staff with the best opportunities for success. She began teaching when court-ordered desegregation was in place and affected the care provided to all students and staff. The need for strong leaders who cared for people was essential to move to a positive place.

Due to disruptions in the classroom, Robin returned to school to earn a masters in her field. Her plan was to return to the district and apply for a position in a new high school that was underway. In this new school there were many opportunities to serve and chair on committees – what is the mascot?; what is the logo?; what is the tag line?

Robin became highly involved in professional development, was president of the state association for staff development and became a state trainer in a teacher support and evaluation system.

While principal Robin’s school won one of five state grants for Florida that funded complete retrofitting of the school to support technology. She partnered with Janet Pilcher to develop a quality online teacher certification program that has certified more than 3500 teachers and currently supports 1000 active students each year.
