By listening first to understand client priorities and expectations, Ryan brings his deep knowledge of continuous improvement and organizational excellence practices to support conversations with potential partners who are looking to take their organizations to the next level of excellence. Ryan then works collaboratively with executive leaders to develop an aligned partnership approach for achieving results together.

Prior to joining Studer Education, Ryan led a variety of system-level continuous improvement initiatives with embedded professional learning components in the Escambia County School District’s (FL) Professional Learning and Information Technology departments. His professional experiences within the education sector have been diverse. He is especially proud of the work he has done:

• Engaging students to measurably improve achievement
• Managing technology systems
• Developing curriculum guides and aligned district assessments
• Coaching teachers in strategies for integrating instructional technology into teaching and learning
• Managing technology projects and implementations
• Coordinating, developing, and executing large-scale continuous improvement and professional development initiatives

Ryan has been recognized as a “Teacher of the Year” in the Escambia County School District and was a 2019 Inweekly Rising Star, in recognition of the professional and personal impact he is making and seeks to continue to advance.
