Campbell Union School District

Campbell Union School District (CUSD) is a PreK-8 school district that includes parts of six cities in Santa Clara County, California. CUSD teachers educate more than 7,000 students in eight elementary schools, two TK-8 schools, two middle schools, a home school program and eight district-operated preschools. The district is a provider of education beyond the expected, educates individual students to their highest potential and ensures they are prepared to succeed. The vision of the Campbell Union School District is to be a model for innovative programs and instruction that engages, empowers and inspires all children to feel safe and thrive. Studer Education is excited to partner with Campbell Union to provide leadership development, facilitation services, executive coaching and aligned tools and resources to facilitate leaders’ planning and execution of strategic actions through a continuous improvement approach to achieve key pillar goals.

 

Tolleson Elementary School District

Tolleson Elementary School District is dedicated to providing the best education possible for the students in their care. Located in Tolleson, Arizona, the district serves 2,900 kindergarten through eighth grade students across four campuses. Tolleson is very proud of its dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, involved parents and many progressive programs. Our organizational excellence coaching team will work alongside the Tolleson Elementary School District to develop a new strategic plan to cast a shared vision for future success. We are thrilled for this opportunity to engage with Tolleson leaders to operationalize the strategic plan to support the necessary focus, alignment and actions to realize success.

 

Kingsport City Schools

The mission of Kingsport City Schools is to provide a student-focused and world-class education that ensures college and career readiness for all students. The district serves over 7,600 students in grades PreK-12th located in northeast Tennessee. Kingsport City Schools is committed to providing a learning experience that inspires the passion of students by helping them to identify their strengths, cultivates purpose by helping students use their strengths in a variety of careers and impacts possibilities by empowering students to pursue a future of their choice that makes a difference in the world. Our coaching team will collaborate with the district to facilitate the development of their new strategic plan for organizational advancement and continued accelerated student success in Kingsport City Schools.

 

Southern Humboldt Unified School District

The Southern Humboldt Joint Unified School District (SHUSD) crosses two California counties, Mendocino and Humboldt, in the heart of the redwoods, extending from remote, mountain areas, to the Eel and Mattole River valleys, to Kings Range and out to the Lost Coast of the Pacific Ocean. The district unified in 1948, combining nineteen separate school districts. Southern Humboldt Joint Unified School District is committed to educational excellence through a comprehensive program that promotes the success of all students by empowering them with the skills and attitudes necessary to be confident and engaged citizens of a changing world. SHUSD is currently comprised of three elementary schools (grades K-8), one junior high school (grades 7-8), two high schools (grades 9-12) and an alternative educational program, Osprey Learning Center, which includes a  K-12 independent study program and a continuation high school. The district will be working collaboratively with Studer Education to advance their continuous improvement priorities to ensure the students and families received the best possible education and life opportunities.

 

Ringgold School District

Located in Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania, Ringgold School District serves 2,800 children in four schools: one high school, one middle school and two elementary schools. Comprised of seven municipalities ranging from semi-urban to rural in nature, Ringgold School District thrives in an area rich with history, natural resources and scenic beauty. A tour of their campuses will take you through a succession of rolling hills and small towns dotting the panoramic countryside of the Monongahela Valley. Ringgold educators are lifelong learners who are committed to helping every child define their own path to becoming “expert learners”: citizens who believe in their capacity for achievement, possess the motivation and skills to achieve their own vision of success and have the flexibility to grow and change with the world around them. Studer Education will work alongside the district to provide leadership development, strategic planning and related facilitation services, executive coaching and aligned tools and resources to support leaders’ planning and execution of strategic actions through a continuous improvement approach.
