Professional Performance Conversations:

Conducting professional performance conversations determines whether a school district will break through to excellence or hit a wall. Only one thing’s for sure: when we don’t address low/subpar performers, our organization’s improvement will hit the wall. Only good performance management will get us over the wall.

The three types of conversations that organizations need to implement:

  1. High performer conversations
  2. Middle/solid performer conversations
  3. Low/subpar performer conversations
