Dr. Miller focuses her passion for customer service and continuous improvement on helping educational institutions transform culture by refining service excellence and incorporating tactics for organizational improvement. Sarah uses these skills to coach school district leaders and also in her work as the Senior Director of the TeacherReady Online Certification Program where she helps lead a team that strives to provide excellent service to each student in the program.
About Sarah
To transform their organizations, leaders must continuously review and analyze data, problem solve and know how to cascade an improvement process so that everyone understands how their actions impact results.
Sarah holds teacher certification/ licensure for Educational Administration, Special Education Grades P-12, and for Elementary Education Grades K-6. Sarah received Board Certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards as a Exceptional Needs Specialist in 2004. Prior to her role with Studer Education, Sarah worked in K-12 education as a Special Education teacher and leader for 17 years.
