Robin brings more than three decades of experience as a teacher, principal, school district executive leader and professor to her work guiding school districts to create cultures of excellence and accountability.

About Robin

Robin is the cofounder and lead educational specialist for Studer Education. She has more than 30 years of education industry experience in secondary and higher education that she brings to her consulting work. She specializes in assisting school districts with implementing Evidence-Based Leadership principles to create cultures of excellence and accountability in education.

Robin’s experience is rooted in teaching in the classroom. She began her career as a high school history teacher before being promoted to the assistant principal at Escambia High School and then to principal of Pine Forest High School. Robin went on to become the lead for the educational leadership program at the University of West Florida, where she served for five years.

In 2003, Robin cocreated the first pilot program for TeacherReady, an online alternative certification program. In 2005, the program received State of Florida approval to professionally certify teachers.
