As we diagnose the current state, we begin to establish key goals and measures that define success and track progress. Next, we decide on the actions that will help our team achieve the overall goals.
For each goal, we advise leaders to work with their teams to determine the one- or, at most, two- strategic actions they can apply in order to get excellent results. This means leaders are disciplined and focused to achieve specifically defined results.
